Instruction plus guided trips to North Georgia's
best Trophy Trout water

Lead Instructor Bio             SPECIAL OFFER

With 20+ years of fly fishing experience from the lead instructor alone, you will get hands-on lessons from individuals that are dedicated to the sport of fly fishing. Casting, knots, fly selection, stream tactics, line mending, equipment selection, leader set-up, and line management techniques are all taught by Spring Creek Anglers in either their dry land courses, or while on the water. Learn more about our "Just the Basics" programs by clicking here.

Here are some Basic Casting Rules... click here.

Fly fishing is more than beautifully casting a fly line or hitting a target 80 feet away. Casting comprises only one-third of what it takes to become a proficient fly angler. But casting is the first step to learning how to fly fish. Nor is fly fishing always casting a dry fly on top to rising fish. Most of what fish eat is found sub-surface. Begin to experience this lifetime sport!

Years of Fly Fishing Experience

Whether it's learning about local waters such as the Chattahoochee River or fishing private mountain streams in North Georgia, Spring Creek Anglers can accommodate your instructional and fly fishing requirements to learn this sport. However, we DO NOT guide on the Chattahoochee River in Atlanta.

Our practical "How-To" approach based on years of experience fishing great water all across the country, delivers the other two-thirds of what you really need to know when getting started in this great sport as a fly angler either as a beginner, or as an improving intermediate that wants to take it to the next level.
